Dr. Kaitlen Coutinho, PT, DPT, is a pelvic floor physical therapist with five years of clinical experience and three years specializing in women’s health. She is passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies through every stage of life. Knowing early in her physical therapy education that women’s health was her calling, Kaitlen pursued advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation. She has completed Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Levels 1 & 2, is a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), and is certified in Prenatal Yoga, allowing her to provide evidence-based, individualized care that supports women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond. Her treatment approach combines evidence-based care with compassion and education, empowering women to overcome pelvic floor dysfunction and return to the activities they love. Whether preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, addressing pelvic pain or incontinence, or returning to exercise, Kaitlen strives to create a supportive environment where every patient feels heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
