Director of Pelvic Health
Dr. Whitney Ellsworth, PT, DPT
Whitney Ellsworth, PT, DPT, is a pelvic health physical therapist with nearly 20 years of clinical experience and a passion for helping women return to the activities they love without pain, leakage, or limitations. Whitney earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2007. Early in her career, she practiced in skilled nursing and home health settings before discovering her true passion and calling in pelvic health physical therapy in 2014. She completed pelvic health training through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) in 2014 and later earned her Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification in 2024. Her passion for pelvic health is deeply personal. Following the VBAC birth of her second child, Whitney experienced stress urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse that significantly impacted her ability to exercise and remain active. Learning that many of the challenges she experienced were preventable sparked a desire to help other women avoid unnecessary suffering and access the care they deserve. Today, Whitney is recognized for combining evidence-based treatment with compassionate care, helping women restore confidence, return to exercise, and improve their quality of life. She is passionate about educating patients, mentoring clinicians, and expanding awareness of pelvic health throughout her community. Whitney lives in Tulsa with her husband and four kids.
